Requirements:

All shipments require documentation to be completed by the owner/receiver of the goods. These papers will be supplied by us and must be returned to us, before your goods are dispatched from Guatemala.

Seafreight documents are required by Customs, and/or Export Security, and/or by the Customs office of the Country you are sending your consignment to.

These include an inventory/packing list, plus possible security declarations, and other forms, depending on the requirements of the country you are shipping to.

We require a photocopy of the ID page of your passport for all shipments. Depending on regulations at destination, we may also require a photocopy of your entry/exit visa(s), and/or all pages of your passport, and you might be required to complete additional documentation at destination prior to receiving your consignment.

Picking up your goods: Please ask for a quotation.
Minimum Charge: 1 cubic meter.
Transit Time: We make every effort to have your shipment arrive at its destination on time. However, we do not guarantee a specific transit time due to many factors beyond our control. Usually the transit time port to port is 30 days. Customs clearance, and transport to our warehouse will take two weeks more. Inland transportation to final destination will take another week or two.
Delivery Time: 2 months minimum and 3 months maximum.
Customs Clearance in Europe: All paper work to import your goods to the EU and Customs clearance is included in our rates.
Insurance:: We can offer you insurance for your goods with a charge of 5% of the total declared value of your personal and household items.
Payment: We accept cash, bank deposit, cashiers check or personal check from a local bank. (For bank deposit, please ask for our account information).
Complete payment must be made three days prior to the shipments sailing date. If not paid on time and in full, your shipment will be held and storage charges may incur.
